Girls Try Hockey for Free

Have a girl who's interested in trying hockey? Join the Baltimore Stars Girls Hockey Program for our Girls Try Hockey for Free event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12:15–1:45 PM at Reisterstown Sportsplex! Hosted by the Baltimore Youth Hockey Club in partnership with the Washington Capitals, Potomac Valley Amateur Hockey Association (PVAHA), and the Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation as part of the fourth annual DMV Girls Hockey Weekend, this FREE event is open to girls ages 4–9. No experience is needed, all equipment is provided, and it's a fun, welcoming way to get on the ice, learn the basics, and make new friends.
