Meredith Tomeo

Coach Meredith is entering her second season coaching for BYH and her first year as Head Coach of the 12U girls travel team. Coach Meredith grew up in central Pennsylvania playing for the Hershey Jr. Bears girls’ organization. She went to American University in Washington, DC where she played for their former women's team in the DVCHC.

Tony Bourret

Coach Tony Bourret is entering his third season as our 12U Head Coach. He is also a head coach with the Baltimore County Crash and Foundations program. Coach Tony played 4 years of Division III club hockey at the University of Florida. He has been coaching for 10 seasons and is in his 6th season with the Stars.

Kenny Burkhardt

Coach Kenny Burkhardt is entering his third season with the Stars but first as a Head Coach. Coach Kenny grew up playing Junior hockey for the Jersey Wildcats and New England Wolves.  He went on to play at Stevenson University. Kenny was a big part of the 23-24 EJ Championship winning 14U season!

Julia Rodricks

Coach Julia is entering her eighth season as a coach with BYHC and her third season as the Head Coach of the 16U/19U girls travel team. Coach Julia grew up playing for BYHC and the former girls’ team, the Susquehanna Rapids. She went on to play NCAA DIII hockey at Connecticut College. She led the 23-24 Season 16U/19U Girls Stars team to CBHL championship and won!

Kristian Trifonov

Coach Kristian Trifonov is entering his third season with the Stars, after taking his team to an EJ championship last season. Coach Trif grew up playing youth hockey here in Maryland but also holds Bulgarian Citizenship. He represented Bulgaria on the 18U National Team as a player. He then played at Montgomery College. 

Will Girimonte

Coach Will Girimonte is returning for his second season with the club. Previously he was an assistant coach at the University of Maryland for 5 years. Coach Will is a product of Long Island and played club hockey at the University of Scranton before making the move to the coaching world.

Steven Baker

Head Coach Steven Baker is a product of the Baltimore Stars. He played his entire youth career for the Stars. He also played 4 years of Varsity Hockey at the St Paul’s School for Boys before competing for the Club Hockey Team at James Madison University. This will be Coach Steven’s third year at the helm of the 18U team. He has also led the way for our 16U team in the past.
