BYHC Raffle 2016-7

The BYHC Raffle is a club-wide fundraiser this year. This is an EASY way for almost EVERY FAMILY to contribute to the success of our club. The raffle will run through January 27th, and the winners will be drawn at the BYHC Bull & Oyster Roast on February 10, 2017.

The Lucky WINNERS Receive: 

  • $500 – 1st Prize
  • $250 – 2nd Prize
  • $100 – 3rd Prize

The Lucky SELLERS Receive:

  • Top Seller – $750 credit toward his/her 2017-2018 hockey tuition
  • Runner Up – $250 credit toward his/her 2017-2018 hockey tuition
  • Top Selling Team – $50 Gift Cards to Total Hockey for all members of the team

 

*Each player on the team must sell a minimum of 10 tickets to be eligible for the team prize.

 

Here’s the plan:

  • There are 5 tickets per book. Each ticket costs $5.
  • Every player receives 2 books of tickets to start unless additional tickets are requested.
  • The goal is for each player to sell at least 2 books.
  • Parents have been asked to submit cash/checks (made out to “BYHC”) and ticket stubs in a sealed envelope to their team manager. On the envelope, parents need to write the following:
    • Parent’s name
    • Player’s name
    • Team
    • Amount enclosed in cash and/or checks
  • Team managers will collect these sealed envelopes.
  • Team managers will not track any money or ticket counts.
  • Team managers will supply additional ticket books upon request.

*Eligible teams are defined as follows: Travel 8U Mite and older; Rec 10U Squirt and older. All players registered in the program are eligible for individual prizes.
