True to form, our 2015 Pony Tail Tournament success was achieved through the hard work of many BYHC volunteers. All-girls hockey teams traveled far and wide, from North Carolina to New York, to participate in our tournament. A few shout-outs are definitely in order…

Holly Summers did an amazing job as our new Pony Tail Director! Holly transitioned into the Director position, previously held by Jeff Solomon for six years, and didn't miss a beat. We received many compliments regarding how organized our tournament was and how much the girls the enjoyed the weekend. Holly's superb organization and calm demeanor contributed immensely to the positive experiences shared by visiting players, parents and coaches. Your fellow Board Members extend to you our deepest appreciation for your devotion to the Pony Tail. Fantastic job, Holly! 

Huge thanks to our announcers who made our Sunday Championship games feel like the Stanley Cup finals! An awesome group of Peewee Dads grabbed the mic and made these final match-ups quite memorable for the girls…many thanks to: Dan Mercer, Steve Smith, Ed Meckel and Mark Lubin. They are already under contract for Pony Tail 2016! :)

A round of applause goes to our front desk volunteers! Everyone was punctual and very helpful in answering questions and keeping teams flowing during the course of the weekend. We couldn't have done it without you!
